Engine test bench exhaust gas purification and denitrification scheme
As a device for verifying engine performance and reliability, it plays an indispensable and important role in the engine development process. It is not only used to test the reliability of the engine as a whole and related parts, but also to verify the performance of the engine. The initial design index is reached, so a large number of bench tests are indispensable for an engine before mass production. However, in the process of a large number of bench experiments of diesel engines, in addition to huge vibration and noise, there are also heavy black smoke and a large amount of harmful gases, which have a serious impact on the body of the staff and the surrounding environment. Based on this situation, our company has developed and designed a diesel exhaust gas purifier and a denitrification system for the engine test bench to remove NOX.
Among them, the exhaust gas purifier of diesel engine test bench is a "Wanchun FDF-type carbon series carbon filter with independent intellectual property rights" developed and designed by our company on the basis of drawing on the international advanced technology for the treatment of soot particulate matter (PM) in diesel engine exhaust gas. "Smoke particle purification device", which can reduce the emission of soot particles from the diesel engine test bench by more than 95%.
The engine test bench denitration system adopts the current international mainstream technology route for highly efficient removal of NOx in exhaust gas. The working principle of the SCR denitration system is to use catalysts such as liquid ammonia, ammonia (25% NH3) or urea to mix NOx in the flue gas with ammonia from the reductant supply system at a certain temperature (270~400℃). The selective catalytic reduction reaction generates harmless nitrogen (N2) and water (H2O), thereby reducing NOx emissions and reducing the pollution of the flue gas to the environment. The system has high denitrification efficiency (up to 90% or more) and strong adaptability to fuel load. It is designed based on our company's many years of practical experience. It has high efficiency, reliable technology, no secondary pollution, and small equipment volume and operating resistance. , Low operating cost and high degree of automation. Therefore, it is very popular among users at home and abroad.
It is reported that in Germany from the mid-1980s to 1996, more than 33,000 MW units have been installed with denitrification devices. By 2002, more than 100 million kW units in the United States had installed denitration devices. And our system scheme has also played an important role in the denitration of many customers' benches.
